Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refund on Cancellation
Eligible cancellations will be processed for a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:
• Customized or altered jewellery
• Orders placed during special sales or promotional events (if specified)

Order Verification & Cancellation by Company
Divis Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
• Pricing or listing errors
• Stock unavailability
• Payment verification issues

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Final Decision
Divis Jewels holds the right to make the final decision on all cancellation requests in accordance with this policy.
