Order Acceptance
All jewellery orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Divis Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or verification problems.

Product Authenticity
Our 925 sterling silver jewellery is made with certified 92.5% pure silver. Imitation jewellery is crafted using high-quality materials with premium finishing. Product material details are clearly mentioned for transparency.

Exchange Policy (No Returns)
We follow a strict no return policy. Exchanges are allowed only if requested within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging. Used or damaged items will not be accepted.

Customization Policy
Customized products (including size changes, polishing, or modifications) are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Visual Representation
We use high-quality images, but slight differences in color, shine, or finish may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
