Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and logistics network.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and delivery distance. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Shipping Partners
We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. The shipping partner may vary depending on the serviceability of your location.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid to be processed.

Service Coverage
We offer shipping across Pan India, covering most serviceable pin codes.

Tracking Details
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp for real-time updates.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the promised timeline, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, operational issues, or regional restrictions. We will assist you with tracking and support in such cases.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers are advised to check the package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery or record an unboxing video and notify us within 24 hours.
