Refund & Exchange Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are strictly provided only under the following conditions:
• If a wrong product has been delivered
• If the order has been paid for but not delivered
In such cases, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for non-delivered orders).
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance
• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Delay caused due to courier or external factors beyond our control
Exchange Policy
If the product does not fall under refund eligibility, only exchange is allowed.
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• Returned with original packaging and invoice
Products that are used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.
Return Process
Once the request is approved, customers will be guided through the return process. The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after successful verification of the issue.
Final Decision
Divis Jewels reserves the right to inspect the returned product and make the final decision regarding refunds or exchanges based on the above conditions.
